摘    要:分析了我国电站锅炉NOx排放的现状,讨论了将低NOx燃烧器(LNB)与空气 燃烧分级相结合,以减少NOx排放的可行性。以清华大学最近开发成功的多重富集型LNB的结构原理和实践为例,阐述了LNB燃烧器的设计原则,强调了应当以系统的观念解决锅炉NOx的排放;分析了三次风对NOx排放的影响,指出现有三次风的使用和布置不利于降低NOx的排放,并对我国电站锅炉实现低NOx排放的研究工作提出了一些建议。图4参14

Abstract:The current situation of NO_x emission of utility boilers in China is being analyzed.The feasibility of lowering NO_x emission by adopting a firing that combines low NO_x burnesr (LNB) with staged combustion favorable for air/fuel reducing NO_x emission is discussed. An introductiom to the structure,principle and industrial application of the Multi-Enriched LNB (MELNB), recently developed by Tsinghua University is being presented to exemplify the design principle of LNB. It is emphasized that the control of NO_x emission should be considered in a systematic manner. In addition, the effects of tertiary air on NO_x emission are analyzed. Results indicate that the existing arrangement of tertiary air is unfavorable for the reduction of NO_x emission. Some suggestions conerning research on lowering NO_x emission of utility boilers are given. Figs 4 and refs 14.
