| 摘 要： | 一种材质为20Cr2Ni4A的齿轮,经渗碳、淬火后,其内花键畸变量超差。分析表明,齿轮内花键淬火畸变过大,是由于采用冷却速度很高的HOUGHTO-QUENCH K油淬火所造成的。据此,减小齿轮内花键淬火畸变的根本性措施为:订购含碳量为下限的20Cr2Ni4A钢;采用好富顿公司的MARTEMP 355分级淬火油淬火。
