摘 要: | 介绍大型钛渣电炉自动控制自焙电极的压放方法,分析大型钛渣电炉在生产中发生的电极事故,提出电极糊成分控制和电极糊柱管理、以及在热停炉前后采取的电极维护和防范措施,尽量减少或避免电极事故的发生。

Abstract: | The methods of controlling the slipping rate and electrodes paste of the self-baking electrodes in large-scale titania slag furnace are introduced and the accidents of electrodes in production are analyzed.Several suggestions are put forward to decrease or prevent electrode accidents,such as controlling the electrode paste composition and height,taking electrode maintenance and preventive measures before and after hot blowing-out and so on. |
