摘    要:1998年5-8月,黑龙江省拜泉县遭受暴雨袭击,损失严重。笔者在水灾之后,即对全县122条小流域作了实地调查。并根据试验小区观测数据推算,表明:其中64条重点小流域减小减沙效益显著。同时笔者通过调查分析,还对该县水土保持工作进行了深刻反思,指出了该县在水土保持工作中目前还存在的一些问题和解决办法。

Abstract:Baiquan county in Heilongjiang Province suffered the rainstorms with serious losses from April to August in 1998 after the flooding disaster. The authors immediately made a field survey of 122 the measured data from the experimental plots that there were 64 pilot small watersheds have shown a better upon the reduction of runoff and sediments. At the same time, the authors made a deep through field surveys and analysis, and pointed out some existing problems and the measures to tackle them in water and soil conservation.
