机械结构结合面参数辨识的模糊方法

摘    要:基于结构系统实验测试和各部件有限元分析 ,提出了利用模糊优化识别机械结构结合面参数的新方法 ,并给出了理论公式和算例分析. 该方法通过引入加权因子考虑了不同阶模态对不同 结合面参数识别精度的不同影响 ,同时也考虑了试验测试值与部件有限元模型中存在的不确定误差等因素而采用了模糊等式方程. 通过与传统的不加权最小二乘法比较表明 ,该方法克服了传统方法的一些缺点 ,能有效地提高结合面参数辨识精度 .

Abstract:A method using fuzzy optimization to identify the joint parameters of the mechanical structure is presented, which is based on the combination of the experimental test results of the whole structure system with the finite element models of the substructures. The theoretical formulas and numerical analysis are shown in this paper. In this method the influence come from different modals to the different joint parameters are taken into consideration via the weighted factors, at the same time the fuzzy equation is used in this method based on the consideration that there exist some uncertain errors both in the experimental values and finite element models. The numerical results demonstrate that the new method can overcome the disadvantages of the least squared method that uses the definite equation with the experimental values and finite element models and without weighted factors and can get accuracy results.
