电子回旋共振离子源永磁体的优化设计

摘    要:对永磁电子回旋共振(Electron cyclotron resonance,ECR)离子源磁场运用Poisson程序进行了模拟计算,将模拟计算结果和测量结果进行了比较.依据计算结果,设计加工了NdFeB(钕铁硼)永磁体,得到了比较好的磁场场形,并在ECR离子源调试中获得了较强的束流.

Abstract:The calculation of permanent magnet for ECR ion source with Poisson code has been completed and compared with the experiment results. Based on the calculation, a permanent magnet made of NdFeB has been designed, which is availed to get high current ion beam with the ECR ion source.
