| Abstract: | There is a misunderstanding about the criterion of the urban residential built up area during the present real estate development. This paper analyses this misunderstanding, and puts forward a proposal of controlling the criterion of the urban residential built up area, by the investigation and the analysis of the present situation, the residential proverty market and plan,the condition of the land resource,and the state of the local population during the national urban residential construction. |
