摘    要:固井作业中常因井壁水泥面间密封差、附着于裸眼井壁的泥饼及隔离液对水泥浆产生污染,而影响固井质量。介绍了将钻井液转变成水泥浆的MTC技术。对分散剂、早强剂、有机缓凝剂及激活剂进行了MTC体系配方优选。试验表明,该配方使转化后水泥石3d强度大于10MPa,流变性、稠化时间等性能均可满足固井施工要求。

Abstract:MTC is the technology of converting drilling mud tocement slurry. The selection of the dispersant, early strength agent, organic retardent and activator is discussed. The laboratory formulation of MTC is given. Tests indicate that drilling mud can be converted to cement slurry successfully . the cement slurry possesses high strength (above 10MP for 3 days), and the rheological property and thickening time can satisfy cementing demand.
