摘    要:本文介绍了一种由工控机、西门子PLC和变频器构成的加药控制系统.采用基于RS485接口的USS协议实现了PLC与变频器的串行通讯.采用灵活的把输入和输出功能结合在一起的BiCo(二进制互联连接)方法,对变频器的参数进行设置.讨论了USS协议对变频器进行控制的方法和程序设计.该系统可以对各变频器的运行参数进行在线监测,并进行远程控制,能有效地减少系统布线、提高系统的抗干扰能力,为水厂加药系统提供了一个低成本和高性能的方案.

Abstract:This paper introduces a control system for vitriol feeding composed of PC and Siemens PLC and frequency-converters. The serial communication between PLC and frequency-converters is realized based on the USS protocol of the RS485 interface. Parameters of frequency-converters can be set on the BiCo which can flexibly combine the function of input with the one of output. The paper also discusses the method and the program of controlling frequency-converters based on the USS protocol. The presented system is very convenient to monitor the parameters of every frequency-converter on line and realize the telenet control. The method can reduce electric connections and improve the anti-jamming capability of the system. Thereby a scheme for vitriol feeding in water plate with low-cost and high-performance is provided.
