油烟检测系统的虚拟仪器开发研究

摘    要:本文分析虚拟仪器系统的设计思路,针对油烟检测的特点,设计实时检测系统。系统采用虚拟仪器的DAQ接口形式和PCI总线的数据传输方式,应用LabView虚拟仪器开发平台,采用模块化的结构设计。本系统不仅适用于油烟检测,对软件和硬件进行一定的功能扩展后也可用于水质,油压等检测。

Abstract:Aim at oil- smoke testing, analyzed the design strategy of virtual instrument system, and designed a real- time testing sys- tem. Use DAQ interface and data transfer with PCI Bus by modularization design method based on LabView virtual instrument devel- oping software. The system not only be applicable for the testing of oil- smoke, but also can be used for testing of water quality and oil pressure, etc., if the software and hardware are extended by some functions.
