摘    要:广东九江大桥"6.15"垮塌悲剧引起全社会对船撞桥问题的关注。近年来,我国跨江(河、湖、海)大桥相继建设和投入使用,水运事业快速发展,船撞桥风险也越来越大,因此,船撞桥风险的识别分析与安全经济决策尤为重要。讨论了船撞桥的风险识别和风险准则,对各种船撞桥防范措施进行比较分析,并采用全寿命成本最小原则对船撞桥风险进行评估,提出减少船撞桥风险的安全与经济决策的思路和方法。

Abstract:The tragedy 6.15 in Guangdong Province, have increased great concern over the problems of Ship-Bridge Collision(SBC). Due to many bridges over rivers and lakes or crossing bay, have been constructed, meanwhile the waterborne traffic have been increasing steadily, the risk of SBC enlarges marvelously. The risk analysis and decision-making of safety and economics of SBC are of vital. In this paper, the risks of SBC are analyzed and classified. Several kinds of SBC protection methods are analyzed, and the evaluation framework of the minimum lifetime cost for SBC is proposed to guide the bridge design, collision protection, administration and decision-making of safety and economics.
