基于DSP的PCI总线通用6轴运动控制卡的硬件设计

摘    要:文章介绍了一种采用PCI专用接口芯片PCI9052作为PCI总线与DSP(TMS320LF2407)的接口桥接器,实现6轴运动控制卡的硬件设计方法.首先给出了运动控制卡的总体硬件结构,包括PCI总线接口规范、局部总线接口电路、DSP扩展电路.其次,给出了基于PCI9052的板卡的配置方法,包括地址范围寄存器、基址寄存器、与片选控制寄存器的配置.最后,给出了驱动程序的设计方法.通过PCI与DSP结合的方法,可以实现控制器的遇上位机的高速通讯,充分发挥DSP电机控制芯片计算速度快,功能强大的特点.

Abstract:In this article,to carry the 6-axis motion controller out,a method of using PCI special interface chip PCI9052 to be a interface bridge of PCI bus and DSP(TMS320LF2407),was introduced.Firstly,the whole hardware structure of the controller was given,including the interface specification of PCI bus,local bus interface circuit,DSP expander.Secondly,the collocation method of the board was introduced,thus the configuration of address rage register,base register and chip selection control register was involved.Finally,this article presented the design method of the driver program.Throughthis method of combining PCI and DSP,we can carry out the fast communication between controller and upper controller and take the full advantage of the DSP's features of high-speed and powerful.
