爆破构筑单人掩体装药条件研究

摘    要:为了解决战场上开挖单人掩体费时费力的问题,研究采用分段装药、延期爆破的方法快速构筑单人掩体,采用AUTODYN软件,建立不同延期时间、上部装药量、下部装药量共9个模型,通过对比计算得到的爆破漏斗尺寸,发现爆破漏斗的尺寸和上、下部装药量呈正相关,爆破漏斗的尺寸和延期时间有关,延期时间50 ms爆破时产生的炸坑体积最大,并通过爆破实验的方式对爆破模型模拟的情况进行了验证,实验得到的数据和计算得到数据较为符合,通过调整隔爆层长度发现两段装药隔爆长度在50 cm以下时可能会发生殉爆现象。

Abstract:In order to solve the time-consuming and laborious problem of digging a single-person bunker on the battlefield,the method of subsection charging and delayed blasting was adopted to quickly build a single-person bunker. AUTODYN software was used to establish a total of 9 models with different delay time,upper charging amount and lower charging amount. The calculated sizes of blasting funnel were compared. The result shows that the size of the blasting funnel was positively correlated with the charge of the upper and lower parts,and the size of the blasting funnel was related to the delay time. The largest volume of the pit is generated when the delay time is 50 ms. The simulation of the blasting model was verified by blasting experiment. The experimental data are in good agreement with the calculated data. By adjusting the length of the flameproof layer,it is found that the sympathetic detonation may occur when the flameproof length of two sections of charge is less than 50 cm.
