火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铁的不确定度评定

摘    要:葡萄酒中铁的测定采用GB 5009.90-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中铁的测定》第一法火焰原子吸收光谱法-微波消解法,用建立数学模型的方法对结果的不确定度进行评估和计算.对标准溶液的配制、测量重复性、仪器稳定性各分量不确定度进行分析,得到了各分量不确定度和合成不确定度,最终得出更加客观的结果.

Abstract:The determination of iron in wine adopts the first method of GB 5009.90-2016 《National Food Safety Standard Determination of Iron in Food》flame atomic absorption spectrometry-microwave digestion method, and the mathematical model is used to evaluate and calculate the uncertainty of the results. The uncertainty of each component of standard solution preparation, measurement repeatability and instrument stability is analyzed, and the uncertainty of each component and the synthesis uncertainty are obtained, and finally a more objective result is obtained.
