润滑脂流变性与轴承振动的关系

摘    要:通过调整不同的基础油组成,制备了6种轴承润滑脂,测定了润滑脂流变参数及轴承振动值,研究了润滑脂的胶体结构、弹性模量、表观黏度、应变率随温度和剪切速率的变化特性,及其对轴承振动值的影响规律。结果表明,润滑脂的流变特性各因素对轴承振动值均有影响。润滑脂的弹性模量、应变率过大,不利于轴承振动值的降低;润滑脂表观黏度随温度和剪切速率变化的速率慢,润滑脂触变性好,抗剪切能力强,轴承振动值相对较低。

Abstract:Six bear grease samples were prepared with six mixed base oil of different ratio. Their rheological behavior and bearing vibration value were tested. The characteristics of grease structure, elastic modulus, apparent viscosity, strain amplitude under different temperatures or shear rates and their effects on bearing vibration value were studied. It was found that various rheological properties of lubricating grease influenced the bearing vibration value. Too big elastic modulus and strain rate of grease were not favor to reducing the bearing vibration value. Low change rate of grease viscosity with temperature and shear rate resulted in good thixotropic and shear capacity, and relatively low bear vibration value.
