摘    要:以工业高硅NaY沸石作为丝光沸石(Mordenite)的原料,制备了同时含有FAU和MOR相的双沸石复合物(FMZ)。采用XRD、骨架红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征制备的FMZ样品,研究了双沸石复合物的形成机制。结果表明,制备条件对FMZ双沸石复合物的形成影响较大。在碱存在条件下,伴随硅物种从高硅NaY内部抽出,铝物种在硅物种抽出后形成的创口部位“富集”并与补充的硅物种发生反应形成丝光沸石的晶核,随着晶核的成长导致高硅NaY晶体破裂,最终得到FMZ双沸石复合物。

Abstract:Industrial NaY zeolite was used as the nutrients for the growth of Mordenite zeolite, and then the bi-phases composite zeolites with different ratios of FAU to MOR were successfully prepared (named FMZ), which were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. The formation mechanism of the bi-phases composite zeolites was investigated in details. The results showed that the preparation conditions played an important role in the formation of FMZ bi-phases composite zeolites. In the presence of alkali, silicon species were extracted from the frameworks of NaY crystals, resulting in the enrichment of aluminum species near the wound in NaY zeolite crystals. The enriched aluminum species reacted with the extracted or replenished silicon species, which led to the nucleation and growth of Mordenite zeolite crystals near the wound in NaY zeolite crystals. Along with the growth of Mordenite zeolite, the core crystals finally broke through NaY crystals and the FMZ bi-phases composite zeolites were therefore obtained.
