| Abstract: | This paper presents a survey of the development in research on distribution system automation. The organization and function of a new distribution integrated automation are shown. Also the appllication of DIC technology is discussed. In China, experience is accumulated in the course of developing projects of DMS and substation integrated automation. So it is not only indispensable but also feasible in economy and technology to construct and improve distribution automation system on the basis of advanced hardware and software. |
