| 摘 要： | 介绍了在乳胶手套烘烤过程中对废热和冷凝液进行的回收利用,这样不但节省了能源,还可以净化环境。采用热管换热器是行之有效的方法,它把回收的热量用于加热导热油炉助燃空气或者作为烘烤的热源,对回收的冷凝液进行重复利用,实践证明,该方法可节能28%,并且具有投资小、无风险的特点。

| Abstract: | The device of waste-heat and condensate recovery usage for emulsion gloves drying was described in this pa-per,and it has not only saved energy,but also purified environments.The heat pipe exchanger is a good choice for fulfilling this task.Preheated air was used as both combustion-supporting of the furnace and heat source of firing,and the recovered condensate was reused again.Results of the experiments indicated that the energy saving would reach 28%.Besides,this technique has reduced the cost with no risk of investment. |
