硬质合金精密滚剃刀齿形制造新技术

摘    要:给出了用双曲线拟合滚剃刀渐开线蜗杆法剖面齿形新技术,提出了锥面砂轮按斜直线进行修整,能够获得砂轮轴截面为双曲线形状。按此技术修整砂轮,通过对滚剃刀渐形线蜗杆的圆磨,有效地提高了滚剃刀齿形精度。

Abstract:This paper gives the new technique of tooth profile on the normal section of nobbing-shaving cutter involute worm which is imitated by hyperbola and suggests that axial section of grinding wheel can be obtained in hyperbolic form by dressing conical surface of grinding wheel along the inclined straight line. The tooth profile precision of hobbing shaving cutter is promoted efficently ,when the involute worm of hobbing shaving cutter is ground by using this technique to dress the grinding wheel.
