基于CAE的手机面板注塑模设计

针对塑件结构不对称造成的充填不均衡的问题,提出了将点浇口和潜伏式浇口进行组合的浇注系统布置方式,并借助于Moldflow软件的分析结果得到了最优方案。为确保在推出塑件前可靠地切断潜伏式浇口并推出浇口凝料,模具采用由两块推板、一块推杆固定板和两块阶梯式垫块组成的二级推出机构。生产实践表明:该模具结构合理动,作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,质量稳定。

Design of Injection Mold for Mobile Phone Panel Based on CAE

A runner arrangement method combined by pin-point gate and submarine gate was proposed to solve the filling unbalance problem of the asymmetrical structure plastic part. Optimal filling plan was obtained by aid of the analysis results of Moldflow software.
