空压机的恒压调速数控方法

摘    要:提出了空压机数控恒压调速的实现方法。在分析空压机系统运行情况的基础上,说明了用开关磁阻调速电机驱动空压机,使压力的监测反馈值和设定值闭环控制电机转速,实现恒压供气的方法,并总结了应用此方法的效果。证明开关磁阻调速电机能精确地数控恒压供气,起动性能好且节能高效,非常适合空压机系统的使用要求。

Abstract:Brings forward a method of isobaric supply by numerical control and variable speed of air compressors.Based on analysis of present system methods of air compressors,the application of switched reluctance motor driver(SRD) is introduced to drive the compressors with the pneumatic pressure of enactment and sensors input SRD.The closed loop feedback controls motor speed.The isobaric pneumatic supply is realized.The results of renovated system are summarized.It is shown that SRD can meet the driving requirements of isobaric pneumatic supply with automatic and exact numerical control speed,higher efficiency,more energy saving and super starting performance.
