摘    要:在对BKX-I型并联运动机床进行实验模态分析的基础上,获得了机床在典型位姿下的低阶固有频率、振型、阻尼比,同时通过对机床系统进行灵敏度分析确定其薄弱环节,并提出提高并联运动机床动态特性的具体措施,为并联运动机床结构的动态设计和优化设计提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:The lower orders natural frequencies,modes of vibration and damper rates are obtained,based on the experimental modal analysis of the BKX-I parallel kinematic machine and the sensitivity of the machine is analyzed and the unsubstantial parts of the machine are made sure.Some measures about how to improve the dynamic characteristics of the machine are put forward,which provide useful methods for the dynamical design and the optimal dynamic design of the machine structure.
