| Abstract: | The current situation and problems of local cogeneration power plant management are analyzed, and a management system, conducting the real-time optimization analysis of actual data of heat supply and power generation of the power plant is developed with the help of computer, communication, and network technologies. The electricity to be generated is determined by the heat-electricity ratio in line with the technical check for energy saving, profits improving, and emissions reducing. |
