| 摘 要： | 介绍自行设计的大张力连续被动拉剪的简单工艺流程，着重从设备角度介绍大张力卷取机的结构设计和计算，依据有关计算公式，计算了卷取机的卷筒径向压力，确定胀缩液压缸直径及工作油压，卷筒传动功率等。

| Abstract: | The process of continuous passive large-tension drawing cutter designed by ourselves is simply introduced while the structure design and calculation of the coiler introduced emphatically from the angle of equipment. According to relative formula the radial press of its winding cylinder is calculated, force upon the coiler head analyzed, the diameter of expanding-contracting hydraulic pressure cylinder, working oil pressure and drive power and etc. determined. |
