大型汽轮发电机定子绕组温度水力模型

摘    要:通过对发电机定子绕组发热及传热分析,用热网络法建立了基于稳态传热的发电机定子绕组温度水力模型,即正常运行条件下(无任何故障,运行状态良好),汽轮发电机定子绕组出水温度标准值的计算方法。为了改进发电机负荷变化时,出水温度滞后于电流变化的问题,提出了温度延时的改进方法。用多种运行工况的数据对温度水力模型进行了检验,通过与实测温度的对比,计算误差不大于2℃。

Abstract:Through analyzing the heat generating and conducting of the stator winding, a thermohydraulic model for the stator bar is built. That is reckoning method for the criterion water temperature at the outlet when the generator is in normal condition. When generator load varies, water outlet temperature changes with current too, but at lower changing rate. The temperature lagging time is proposed. The thermohydraulic model has been verified by measured data and the temperature difference between prediction and measurement is less than 2℃.
