川渝气田压裂酸化技术经济评价方法研究与应用

摘    要:压裂酸化增产工艺是一项投资大、风险大的系统工程。搞好增产工艺的技术经挤评价是提高压裂酸化工艺技术水平的重要措施之一。压裂酸化工艺技术一般包括压前压后评估、压裂酸化施工设计、产能预测和压裂酸化效果评价等方面的内容。文章总结了川渝地区近年来在压裂酸化效果评价方面的研究成果,提出了表皮系数、投入产出比等10余个技术经济评价指标。并根据川渝气田的实际情况,制定了储层伤害评价标准、产能评价标准 、经济效益评价标准以及盈亏平衡分析标准,应用文中研究成果,对天东62井大型压裂施工进行技术经济评价,取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract:The stimulation technology of fracture acidizing is a systematic engineering with great investment and big risk. To have a good economic evaluation on the stimulation technology is one of the important measures to improve the technical level of fracture acidizing. Generally the fracture acidizing technology includes the pre-frac and post-frac assessment, the fracturing acidizing treatment design, the productivity prediction as well as the evaluation on the result of the fracture acidizing. This paper summarizes the research achievements on the evaluation of the fracturing acidizing results in recent years and brings forward more than ten economic evaluation index such as skin factor and input output ratio etc. Based on the actual situations of the Sichuan and Chongqing gas field, the reservoir damage evaluation criteria, the productivity evaluation criteria, economic benefit evaluation criteria as well as the the profit and loss balance analysis criteria have been established. Applying the research results of this paper carried out the economic evaluation of the fracturing operation in Well TD 62, a good result has been achieved.
