长输管道阴极保护有效性影响因素分析

摘    要:埋地长输管道通常采用防腐层加阴极保护的联合保护方式。文章结合川气东送及其他管道腐蚀控制工作实践,对多年开展ECDA评价和日常维护过程中发现的共性问题进行深入分析,从阴保站、线路、阀室等多个方面分析总结出了几类影响阴极保护系统有效运行的常见因素。

Abstract:The combined protection mode of anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection is usually used in long-distance buried pipeline. According to the corrosion control work practices of Sichuan to Eastern China Gas Transmission Pipeline and others,the common problems found in ECDA evaluation and daily maintenance work conducted for many years are deeply analyzed,and several kinds of common factors that affect the operational effectiveness of cathodic protection systemare summarizedwith respect of cathodic protection station,line,valve chamber and so on.
