| 摘 要： | 天然气在集输过程中因地貌、气象及运行条件的影响,少量的天然气会形成水合物堵塞管道。根据温度、压力的变化准确地预测管道的冻堵位置,优化集输管道的设计方案防止水合物的产生,对于气田的高效开发具有重要的意义。文章对集输管道冻堵的原因进行了分析,建立了集输管道冻堵的预测模型,介绍了预测软件程序的设计开发及软件的应用实例,并对预测软件应用的经济性进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Because of affects of landscape,meteorology and running condition, a small amount of natural gas will form hydrate,which leads to pipeline plugging. Based on the changes of temperature and pressure,the freeze plugging position in the pipeline is accurately calculated,and to new wells and running gathering pipelines,it means a lot for efficient development of gas field to optimize pipeline design plan to prevent the emerging of hydrate. According to thermodynamic conditions of hydrate formation,forecast software for the formation is developed and combined with practical projects,the software with good effects is proved successful. |
