摘    要:对悬索管道桥桥体进行不停输加固处理,可保证油区原油正常生产。文章介绍了采用跨河主索和两端背索的悬索结构,通过新马鞍座和锚碇上丝杆使主索和两端背索连接成整体,实现了不停输更换旧悬索、吊杆等构件的施工方法。并从施工方案、施工工艺流程、施工的关键点、施工过程的HSE管理等方面进行较为详细的论述。

Abstract:The suspension cable structure of a suspension pipeline bridge consists of two main cable over river and eight back cables forming integrity by means of saddle sets on the top of towers and the anchor blocks with screw rods. In the replacing operation under nonstop oil transportation condition, the main cables, back cables, suspender rods,saddle sets and screw rods are replaced. The replacing construction scheme,procedure and key technical points are illustrated,as well as the HSE management in the replacing construction.
