奥氏体不锈钢管件固熔快速验证

摘    要:奥氏体不锈钢管件出厂前未进行或未严格按固熔工艺进行固熔热处理,现场验收时从外观上无法进行检验。文章简要介绍了固熔原理,阐述了现场采用里氏硬度仪对奥氏体不锈钢管件进行快速硬度检测的方法,给出了判断管件是否进行了合格固熔热处理的判据。该方法的工程应用表明,效果良好。

Abstract:Some austenitic stainless steel pipe fittings are not or non-strictly treated with solid solution heat treatment process by manufacturers, and the problem is hardly to find out in-situ appearance inspection. In this paper, the solid solution heat treatment process principle is introduced,and the quick way to confirm if the fitting is qualified treated by hardness test using Leeb hardness tester is illustrated. The field application of this way shows a good result.
