摘    要:针对阿布扎比超大型原油储罐项目现场复杂的地质结构,将强夯技术用于地基土壤改良,并采用碎石环梁基础形式作为储罐基础。文章结合该工程实例,从试夯及强夯方案、环梁基础施工、施工验收等方面阐述了该技术的应用。根据试夯的结论及有限元模拟结果确定强夯方案;通过旁压测试、平板载荷试验、有限元模拟沉降评价强夯效果。平板载荷试验及大罐沉降观测数据表明,该强夯工艺地基处理效果满足标准要求。

Abstract:Dynamic compaction technique is adopted together with gravel ring beam base as the large tank foundation treatment method in complicated geological conditions in Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Project. Dynamic compaction trial and dynamic compaction schemes,construction of ring beam base and construction acceptance are illustrated in this paper. The dynamic compaction scheme is finalized based on the results of dynamic compaction trials and the finite element simulation calculation,and dynamic compaction is valued by pressure-meter test(PMT),plate load test(PLT)and finite element simulation. PLT results and tank settlement reports show that the foundation treatment effect meets standard requirements.
