摘 要: | 针对海底管道微小泄漏检测,提出球形内检测器结构设计方案:法兰式密封球壳内装载水听器、惯导模块和磁传感器、电路板、电源模块等。智能球随管内液体一起流动,沿途采集管内泄漏声音信息、自身运动信息和管内磁场信息。不同的智能球,其内部核心部分不变,变化的是球的壁厚和外径。通过仿真计算确定了不同工况下智能球的机械结构。

Abstract: | For subsea pipeline tiny leak detection, the pipeline spherical detector structural design program is proposed: the hydrophone,inertial navigation module and magnetic sensors,circuit boards and power supply module are installed inside the waterproof ball. The small ball moves along with the liquid flow in the pipeline and collect leakage sound information,ball motion information and magnetic field information inside pipeline. For different smart balls,their core parts are same, but the sphere wall thickness and diameter of every ball are different. The mechanical structures of the smart balls operating under different conditions are determined by simulation calculation. |
