摘    要:利用Polyflow聚合物流体分析软件,对三螺杆和双螺杆挤出机及不同参数啮合块的流道模型进行了等温数值模拟。经过统计后处理,引入加权平均剪切速率和剪切应力、回流系数等评价指标,深入分析了流场的混合行为。同时对倒三角形三螺杆挤出机和双螺杆挤出机的混合能力进行了对比,以此对三螺杆和双螺杆挤出机混合性能的优劣性加以探讨。

Comparison of mixing performance of tri-screw and twinscrew extruders and their meshmg blocks

Abstract:With the Polyflow polymer fluid analysis software, isothermal numerical simulation has done for flow channel models of tri-screw and twin-screw extruders and their meshing blocks. After statistical post-processing, and introducing weighted average shear rate, shear stress and reflux coefficient, it analyzes the flow field mixing behavior in depth. At the same time, this paper compares the mixed ability of inverted triangle tri-screw extruder and twin screw extruder, in order to explore advantages and disadvantages of their mixing performances.
