演化博弈论在发电侧电力市场竞价中的应用

摘    要:介绍发电侧电力市场的现状,传统博弈论脱离现实的困境,继而引出演化思想在经济学界受到关注,并形成演化博弈这一新的理论.然后描述研究的基本思想和方法(演化稳定策略,ESS),并将其引入到发电侧电力市场竞价中,对发电厂商行使市场力降低产量、抬高电价的行为进行分析,以及针对发电厂商的这种行为提出解决办法(差价和约).针对这种行为,分析了在三维及N维情况下的演化稳定策略(ESS),并在证明了在N维情况下传统判据仅是一个充分非必要条件之后,提出了一个满足充要条件的新判据.最后,给出仿真算例,验证了差价合约在抑制发电厂商行使市场力方面的作用.

Abstract:The evolutionary game theory as well as its application to price bidding in the generation-side power markets is recommended.To solve the problem that generators utilize the market force to reduce power generation and lift price,the solution of signing contract for difference is put forward. The finite population Evolutionarily Stable Strategy(ESS) and its application are analyzed,and a new criterion satisfying necessary and sufficient condition is presented.The simulation computation example shows that the contract for difference is useful in restricting generators from making use of the market force.
