活性物质对AC发泡剂性能的影响研究及其活化机理

摘    要:为研制出性能优异、多品种的AC发泡剂,研究了单一活性物质和混合活性物质对AC发泡剂的影响及活化规律。研究结果表明:活性物质能够明显增加AC发泡剂的发气量,但对突发温度的影响则不同;通过在AC发泡剂中,加入适量的活性物质。能够得到性能优异的活化AC发泡剂。

Abstract:The activated rule on the AC blowing agent of single active substances and mixed active substances was studied.The result shows that the active substances can increase the gas volume of the AC blowing agent remarkably,but they have a different effect on the outburst temperature of the AC blowing agent;the excellent property of the activated AC blowing agent can be obtained through adding appropriate active substances to the AC blowing agent.In addition,the activated mechanism of the active substance was discussed.
