摘    要:采用真空灌注试验来研究两种不同铺层结构的玻璃纤维经单向织物的浸透性能,结果表明,以经编网格布为基布的经单向织物浸透时间要小于以方格布为基布的经单向织物,并且采用经编网格布的经单向布的织物厚度较厚,体积密度小,灌注浸透的均匀性及其成品胶含量要略好于使用方格布衬布的经单向布.

Abstract:The wet-out properties of two types of fiberglass warp unidirectional fabrics having different ply structures were studied by vacuum infusion tests. The results have showed that the wet-out time of the fabric with warp-knitted mesh as laying-in is shorter than that with woven rovings,and that the thickness of the former is thicker,the volume density is smaller and the wet-out homogeneity and the resin content of its finished products are slightly better.
