竹炭改性涤纶针织物的保暖导湿功能研究

摘    要:研究了竹炭改性涤纶针织物的保暖、导湿、透汽功能,结果显示由于碳和金属碳化物的蓄热作用,织物的保暖率比较高;由于纤维中的炭粉表面积大,孔隙多,具有强吸附能力,织物具有较强的导湿、吸湿功能,透汽功能一般,但干爽舒适性好。

Abstract:Warmth retention, wet permeability and vapor transmission functions of bamboo-carbon modified polyester knitted fabric are researched in this paper. The results show that the warmth retention function is better because of the heat-stored action of carbon element and metal carbide, the wet permeability and water-absorption functions are better as a result of the porous structures, and vapor transmission function is as same as that of common polyester knitted fabric.
