| 摘 要： | 应用目前世界上一种先进的质量管理理论“田口方法”,对有机磷化这一新型表面处理工艺进行研制过程中的质量控制和优化设计,即主要采用“田口方法”中的参数设计和容差设计的思想和方法,以获得高稳定性的工艺过程,实验证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | The present advanced quality management theory "Taguchi Method" is applied to a new kind of surface treatment process - organic phosphating, and further to the quality control and optimization design in the research of organic phosphating so as to acquire the high stable process. And the effectiveness of the "Taguchi Method " is tested. |
