| 摘 要： | 选择了应用广、技术含量高、磁特性不同1J50、1J22三种合金作软磁合金系列新产品开发的代表。试制中重点解决了真空冶金工艺及最佳合金成分匹配，提高返回比和宽带生产技术。试制结果表明，合金的冶金质量、磁性能、尺寸公差均达到国标要求。

| Abstract: | The series of the new soft magnetic alloy products choose the applied 1J50, lJ80and 1J22, which are different from one another in magnetic property and contain high technology as its exploitation object. In the pilot of new product, the vacuum metallurgical process is solved and the composition of alloys is optimized. Meanwhile, the radio of return-scrap and the wide-strip production techniques are improved. The result shows that, the metallurgical quality, the magnetic property and the dimension tolerance of the alloy have all met international requirement. |
