超声波麦汁浓度在线测量

摘    要:文章简要介绍了用超声方法在线检测啤酒厂糖化车间麦汁浓度的原理、仪器的结构、提高测试精度的方法及测试结果。研制的双通道在线式超声波麦汁浓度计经现场考核使用证明其精度达到了±0.1%的要求。

Abstract:The principle of on-line malt dust concentration measurement in beer factory using ultrasonic method, the meter s structure, and the methods of improving measuring precision as well as it s measuring results are presented in this paper. It is proved that the online measuring precision of the malt dust concentration detected by this developed two channels meter is reached to higher than ± 0. 1%.
