AM/AMPS共聚物油井水泥浆降失水剂的合成研究

摘    要:以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,合成了油井水泥浆降失水剂AM/AMPS共聚物。确定了AM/AMPS共聚物降失水剂的最佳合成条件:单体加量8%,AMPS与AM质量比1:7,引发剂加量0.5%,反应体系pH值7,反应温度50℃。该共聚物降失水剂能有效控制水泥浆的失水量,且保证水泥浆的其他性能在一定范围内可调。

Abstract:An AM/AMPS copolymer as oil - well cement slurry fluid loss additive was synthesized using 2 - acry- lamido- 2- methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and acrylamide (AM) as materials. The optimal synthetic condition was determined as follows : monomer 8 %, mass ratio of AMPS/AM 1 : 7, initiator 0.5 %, pH 7, and reaction temperature 50 ℃. The copolymer fluid loss additive could control cement slurry filtrate effectively and had no effect on other properties of cement slurry.
