西林铅锌矿磨机给矿控制系统的研究

摘    要:基于西林铅锌矿磨矿过程提出了磨机负荷给矿控制策略,并研制了由光/电、数/模转换装置,磨机负荷检测仪,KMM可编程序调节器及变频调速器(VVVF)组成的磨机负荷给矿控制系统。该系统有3种运行方式,即负荷给矿、恒定给矿和手动给矿。本文详细论述了光/电、数/模转换装置的硬件结构、工作原理以及该系统的构成、控制原理.

IMPLEMENTATION OF BALL-MILL FEED RATE CONTROL SYSTEM AT XILIN LEAD &ZINC MINE
Abstract:A new control algorithm,which can adjust the ore feed rate fora ball-mill according to its load, has been proposed in this paper。The ball-millcontrol system which consists of optical/el ectrical,digital/analogue converter,loadgauge,KMM-type programmable regu lator and VVVF,has been implemented inthe flotation plant of Xilin Lead & Zinc Mine;This system has three work modes。First,cascade mode which adjusts feed rate according to the load of ball-mill;second,automatic mode which adjusts feed rate according to setpoint of KMM bywotker;third,manual mode。The hardware and software of O/E and D/A convert-er and the system are described in detail in the paper。
