自生介质滚筒分选技术的研究

摘    要:自生介质滚简选煤是一种新的分选方法,滚筒分选机是其分选的主机。本文重点介绍了该机器的结构、分选原理、在我国的应用及其优点。该方法在介质的浮力、滚商的机械力和斜面流体的动力综合作用下,实现煤矸的分选。该设备在我国洗选气肥煤和主焦煤时,精煤灰分在9.0%以下,实际分选密度为1.7g/cm ̄3,数量效率达97%,50~6mm级的可能偏差为0.052~0.067。分选动力煤时,原煤灰分>40%,精煤灰分在20%以下,矸石灰分在80%以上,实际分选密度达到3.20g*/cm ̄3,数量效率达98%,200~13mm级的可能偏差为0.060~0.069。

Abstract:The autogenous medium separation process is a kind Of new meth- od for coal prepara ti o n. The drum is the mai n equip ment in the separation process.The structure,separatio n pri nciples, application and adva ntages of the new separator are mai nly described i n this paper. With the comprehensive effectof buoyant force of the media,mechanical force comi ng from the rotating drumand hydraulic force of film flow, the raw coal is separated into clean coal andreject with the rotati ng drum. When this pr ocess is used to clean gas coal and cokl ng coal, the ash content of the clcan coal is below 9.0%,the separation density is 1. 7g/cm ̄3, the orga nic efficiency is up t o 9 7%and ecart probable of 50~6mm fraction is 0.05 2~0.067. When it is used for anthracite separation,the ash content of raw coal i s above 40%,the ash contents of clean coal and reject are below 20%and above 80%respectively at a separatio n density of 2. 20g/cm ̄3,with an ecart probable 0.060~0.069 of 200~13mm fraction and an organic effi-ciency up to 98%.
