| 摘 要： | 螺旋升角是滚刀螺旋面的重要参数。本文根据球形滚刀的特点,提出了球形螺旋面螺旋升角的计算方法,并利用迭代法对单头滚刀的螺旋升角进行了求解,建立了螺旋升角与假想齿轮齿数之间的关系。

| Abstract: | The helix lead angle is animportant parameter of hob helicoidal surfaces. In this paper, a calculation method of the helix lead angle of the spherical hob helicoidal surface is given. The helix lead angle of a single hob is calculated with iteration. The relations between helix lead angle and teeth of the equivalent pinion is set up. |
