环保型镁合金阳极氧化工艺的研究

摘    要:研究一种无铬无磷无氟的镁合金阳极氧化工艺.对AZ31B镁合金进行阳极氧化时,在植酸、电流密度和时间不变的条件下,研究了NaOH、Na2SiO3、Na2B4O7不同浓度的16种电解液的阳极氧化膜性能.研究结果表明,组成为NaOH 50g/L、Na2SiO3 60g/L、Na2B4O7 40g/L的电解液,进行阳极氧化得到的氧化膜光滑致密,与基体的结合力强,耐蚀性高,用该电解液对镁合金进行阳极氧化是一种环保型生产工艺.

Abstract:An environment-friendly electrolyte free of chromate,phosphate and fluoride has been developed.The anodized films of magnesium alloy AZ31B,formed in 16 electrolytes containing different concentrations of NaOH,Na_2SiO_3,Na_2B_4O_7 but with constant amount of phytic acid,current density and processing time, are investigated.The research results show that the glossy and compact anodized film with high corrosion resistance and good adhesion to the substrate can be obtained in an electrolyte composed of NaOH 50 g/L,Na_2SiO_3 60 g/L,Na_2B_4O_7,40 g/L.Anodization of magnesium alloys in such an electrolyte is an environment-friendly process.
