短通道园锥阀流量系数的研究

摘    要:圆锥阀流量系数和压力损失系数的计算在液压元件设计中占有重要的地位。目前国内、外广泛采用的汁算方法很不准确,尤其是没有考虑到进口段效应的影响。而实际运行的圆锥阀中,有很大部分属于过流通道长度小于起始段长度的范围,因此其影响显著,必须在设计计算中予以考虑。本文作者为了解决此项课题,提出一种新的计算方法,设计与建立了实验台,并进行了大量地反复地实验验证,证明了所提供计算方法的准确性与可靠性。

Abstract:The calculation of the flow coefficient and the pressure loss coefficient of conical valves is cf great significance in the design of hydraulic elements. However, the current calculation methods for the coefficient used at home and abroad are not accurate, because the effects of the entrance flow are not taken into consideration in calculation. Practically, the majority of conical valves in common use have a length of flow channel which is usually less than that of the start section, and therefore, the effects of the entrance flow becomes not negligible in calculation. In order to solve this problem, a new calculation method is presented in the paper. The experimental results show that the new calculation method is accurate and reliable.
