A Secret Sharing Scheme with Perfect Secrecy Feature

Verifiable secret sharing is an important tool in applicatal cryptography. It has wide applications in such fields as key guarding schemes, threshold or web signature schemes, electronic commerce, secure multiparty computation and group cryptography. Aiming at some critical questions safely and efficiently ,by means of the intractability of the discrete logarithm problem, a publicly verifiable threshold secret sharing scheme is proposed with a trusted dealer distributing the secret information in the initialization phase and recoving phases.
