离心风机内部流场模拟

摘    要:采用商用CFD软件FLUENT,利用单流体模型,对离心风机内部流场进行了三维数值模拟。同时对改造风机叶轮减磨的方法进行了CFD研究,分析了改造前后风机叶轮的内部流场的变化。结果表明:减磨措施能有效地减轻风机的磨损,为风机的防磨提供了有力的方法。

Abstract:Simulated the inner three - dimensional flow field of centrifugal fan, using commercial CFD software - FLUENT and single fluid model. Also made CFD researches on the means of changing fan impeller, analyzed the inner flow field of fan impeller and the change of particle' s track. The result of experiment research and CFD research indicated that the preventing erosion measures of centrifugal fan were able to lighten effectively the erosion of centrifugal fan. Offered some good ways for initiative preventing erosion of centrifugal fan.
