难溶含铀碱渣氧化焙烧酸浸试验研究

摘    要:为了回收难溶渣中的铀,对难溶渣进行了氧化焙烧预处理,研究了预处理工艺参数对难溶渣中铀浸出效果的影响。结果表明,难溶渣原样粒度-0.074 mm、焙烧温度1000 ℃、焙烧时间2 h条件下氧化焙烧预处理,所得焙烧渣再经硝酸浸出,铀浸出率为91.65%、渣铀品位为0.192%,渣剩余率为78.86%。试验结果可为现场处理难溶渣提供技术指导。

Abstract:A kind of  refractory residue was taken to be pretreated by oxidative roasting for recovering the contained uranium, and the pretreatment parameters on the leaching rate of uranium was investigated. In the experiment, the refractory residue with particle size of -0.074 mm was subjected to oxidative roasting at 1000 ℃ for 2 h, and the obtained roasted residue was leached with nitric acid, resulting in the leaching rate of 91.65%, uranium grade  of 0.192% in the residue, and the residual rate of 78.86%. It is shown that the experiment results can provide technical guidance for on-site treatment of insoluble residue.
