摘    要:基于DDPM的CFD-DEM耦合数值分析方法,研究了自行式水下清淤机器人在不同工作俯角、泵流量条件下吸泥管内泥沙颗粒的流动状态。仿真结果表明,不同工作俯角下,低功率工况会引发吸泥管道堵塞趋势; 泥浆流经弯管处所产生的二次涡流会加剧管壁磨损,导致动能损失,从而影响输送效率。

Abstract:Based on CFD-DEM coupled numerical analysis method of DDPM, the flowing of sand particles in the suction pipe of self-propelled underwater dredging robot working with different pitch angles and pump flow rates were studied. The simulation results show that with different pitch angles, the working condition with low power tends to cause blockage in slurry suction pipeline, and the secondary vortex flow generated by slurry flowing through the elbow will increase the wear of the pipe wall and lead to the loss of kinetic energy, thus affecting the conveying efficiency.
